Great service & friendly staff. I had a noise that got worse as I sped up & it scared me because I do a lot of highway driving. I brought in the car & decided to wait for it. After a I had a noise that got worse as I sped up & it scared me because I do a lot of highway driving. I brought in the car & decided to wait for it. After a couple of hours what they thought was the problem was not. and they had to check other items. Finally, after 5 hours they discovered the problem but a part had to be ordered, so I got a ride home. Nigel was so kind and apologetic because of the time I spent there. I was fine with it - I brought my book & the coffee was free! Mike, who drove me home, was also so very nice. Half way home I realised I did not get my keys & he had to go back. I felt so bad but he was absolutely pleasant & said it happens all the time. Two great employees!! I told Mike they should put signs up on the sun visor of the shuttle vehicles saying " Do you have your house key?" It might save on gas on return trips!! I have always had great service every visit, even when I just drop in for help. More
