The replacement part was ordered and I paid for it. Then, when I got home, I remembered that when I bought the car last Fall I took out an extra warranty. I called Nigel. he looked into it and agreed that indeed the part and service were covered by the warranty. Accordingly when I took the car in last Tuesday to have the part replaced Nigel credited my card with the $196 I had paid for the part and the service (which only took about 20 mins) was also covered. I was pleased about that as I think your service fee of $120 per hour is absolutely exhorbitant . That is why, for regular general servicing I take my car to a small auto shop in Hamilton. I should also add that I dealt with Ryan when I bought the car and I was very happy with the service I got from him. Also I just love the Honda Fit I enjoyed driving it much more than I did the Civic More

When I got dropped off, my vehicle was ready bu the paperwork wasn't ready. The service centre was supposed to be closed 30 minutes prior. I had to wait several minutes for my paperwork to be completed and when I talked to the service person he told me where to find my car and that it was clean and ready to go (it actually hadn't been cleaned at all).
