Great Experience I lived in Burlington since 1992 and moved to Cambridge in 2008, fast forward to 2018 and time to purchase a new car; went to the local Cambridge Hond I lived in Burlington since 1992 and moved to Cambridge in 2008, fast forward to 2018 and time to purchase a new car; went to the local Cambridge Honda unfortunately, the atmosphere was not there, and the Sales agent was nowhere near as friendly or accommodating as Halton’s team. I felt the investment I was about to make was deserving of better service, so I headed to Halton Honda, where I remembered the good service Mike Robichaud had given me over the years… it was worth the drive. I had bought cars from Halton Honda since 1999 - Mike Robichaud was the Sales agent; Mike was always very honest and friendly. Mike had sold me (3) three Honda Civics' over the years, last one in 2007 When I returned this month, I am informed that Mike has been promoted, the receptionist paged Mike, the minute Mike seen me he greeted me by name! Mike introduced me to Marc Pregnolato. Marc was very patient and answered all my questions, while I test drove different vehicles, once I decided on the car, he wasted no time in arranging the preparation and pick up of my new 2018 Honda Civic SE! The great service did not stop there, when I picked up my car, Marc patiently went over all the new highlights that my 2007 did not have, he did not want me to drive off until I was comfortable with my new car. The dedication with which Marc serves people is incredible, he is genuinely a caring person, which is a rare find now a days. Marc Pregnolato is Halton Honda’s greatest asset. Car Service I've always been happy with my treatment at Halton Honda's service department. Like all car dealerships, the cost of taking care of our car there is e I've always been happy with my treatment at Halton Honda's service department. Like all car dealerships, the cost of taking care of our car there is expensive. Having said that, I was able to use a $100.00 gift certificate I was given several months ago by someone in sales. This covered the cost of the $77.00 oil change. I don't remember who gave it to me. I would have no problem recommending them to others. More

He even had some work done at no charge which was appreciated (removed oxidation from my aluminum wheels and resealed prior to fitting my new tires). Work done: 4 new tires, new rear brake pads and rotors, new caliper boot, brake and power steering fluid replacement. Also appreciated was my “long time customer discount” on labor. More

Oil change It took far too long for a simple oil change. I had no appointment for an oil change and the dealership prefers us to simply come in for an oil chan It took far too long for a simple oil change. I had no appointment for an oil change and the dealership prefers us to simply come in for an oil change without appointment. Then it took 5 hours from start to finish and I had to be bought back and forth from home. Dealership needs to determine how they are going to handle oil changes. Can’t be everything to everybody. Car was vibrating at approx. 110 km when braking on hwy. Front rotors thickness was machined on car lathe at mid-August 2018 visit. Drove car for another 2 weeks & was still experiencing the problem, especially on highway trip to and from the airport on Aug. 29. Visited Halton Honda service desk on Tues. Sept. 4 and I asked for a test drive ride-along with a serviceman to identify the problem. Alex Husen had looked after me on first visit mid-August and again assisted me on Sept. 4. Immediately a ride-along test drive was arranged by Alex and then Seth (mechanic ) drove me and said he believed it was the brake drum and if after checking on the hoist and confirmed, the part would have to be ordered. Seth and Alex discussed same & then ordered the brake drum. This service was completed on Friday, Sept. 7, to my satisfaction. Both Alex and Seth were very professional and personable. They are a credit to the service provided by Honda. More
