Warranty Check-up Before Road Trip Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Due to the fact that a prior appointment had finished early, we arrived ar Honda early. It wasn’t a problem and we were taken right away. We had a luncheon to attend, so we required a shuttle ride. Graham was a lovely gentleman who took us to the Church for our lunch. I phoned when our lunch was finished and Gary picked us up to take us back to the dealership. He was also very pleasant and made our trip very enjoyable. Both men in the service department that I dealt with were very nice - Alex and Marc. I had a problem with the middle seat belt in the backseat and Mark showed me how it worked. Our car was washed for us. Our car is riding beautifully And we are thoroughly enjoying driving/riding in it. More
