Unexpected Help We want to thank Service Manager Carlos Pereira for his terrific work. Our son was in Burlington and had an issue arise with his '01 CRV. Not knowing if the car was safe to drive, Carlos was able to arrange an appointment for us and quickly have the problem diagnosed. The circumstances were unusual, but his effort to get us in and check on the safety of the vehicle was appreciated. And as a parent, the peace of mind was priceless. We have bought a vehicle at Halton Honda, but since we live in Hamilton, we usually get our cars serviced near our home. Carlos' efforts have us re-thinking that decision. Tires switched One caveat, your on line booking should have a question re “do we Store your tires”. Software issues The battery in my brand new 2019 CRV-EX has died twice. I called my salesperson on the Saturday and he managed to squeeze me in for same day service. I was seen immediately at the appointment time by Jamal. I spend the two hours shopping at the mall where Stan drove me with the shuttle, instead of sitting at the dealership, and I had a choice of malls to go to. exactly after two hours Stan called me and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my car. She is very personable and empathetic. explaining everything the vehicle had to offer to meet my criteria. Anything she could not answer about the Ridgeline she immediately researched for me and provided an answer. On one of the test drives I asked her to drive so I could concentrate on the interior safety features, navigation system and blind-spot indicators specifically.. The overall "Honda" experience included a tour of the service centre and several introductions to people I would likely be seeing down the road. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured and felt I made the best decision in my purchase of my new 2019 Ridgeline. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Honda. She is an asset to the Honda Team. More
