Purchased a new vehicle. Was very with the handling of this. I just purchased a Honda Civic XL. First time I went in, I just spoke to Hugh Bell and I just wanted more info on the vehicles. At this point I wasn't I just purchased a Honda Civic XL. First time I went in, I just spoke to Hugh Bell and I just wanted more info on the vehicles. At this point I wasn't sure if I was going with the HR-V or the Civic. Hugh gave me one of the brochure and his business card. He was friendly, helpful with the questions I had and most importantly not pushy or I would have walked out and not returned. Then I decided I wanted to test drive a Civic. I called him and set up and appointment. Test drove the car, which I loved, and then Hugh took the time to go over the financing of the vehicle. I had explained to him that I was not ready at this time to proceed. He was totally pleasant, helpful and again not aggressive in trying to make the sale, which would have turned me off. I do not like to be pressured or pushed. A little over a week later, I called him and told him I wanted to come in and speak with him, I did not indicate that I was ready to make a deal. Again, he was very accommodating and very helpful. Yes, I ended up buying my car here and mostly because of the way Hugh Bell handled the whole thing. Had he been different, I could have bought my car at any other Honda dealer. His people skills are great. He certainly is a great asset to this dealership. More
