I spent 6 hours there for the online-booked maintenance B of my Accord 2.4. Their advisor almost did forget my car waiting there for the morning, and he didn't have any explanation when I went to pick up my of my Accord 2.4. Their advisor almost did forget my car waiting there for the morning, and he didn't have any explanation when I went to pick up my car at noon. He just told me to wait for a few minutes at that moment, but I didn't know his 'a few minutes' means 3 more hours. So, I have to wait there for 3 hours till I got my car. This is a very bad experience I never had at this shop! More
