You would think when you spend $60,000 On a brand new Cadillac (not lease but buy), that they would treat you with the Cadillac experience? Ohh wait not here, anything thats included in your package you better be on the ball and demand it, otherwise they will pretend it doesn't exist. Somehow they have managed to ruin the experience of true service at this place and scheduling here is horrific! Certainly will not be buying my other vehicle from them here this year , or ever again thats forsure! Dont waste your time, go somewhere they appreciate your business!!!!!!! More

Terrible Went to Hallmans for many years for my service. Recently I was over charged for problems that were caused by their technician.
