My live chat was forwarded to the sales manager Alex, who sent me an email right away before Monday morning arrived. Then he personally called me to see what he could do for me... once I told him he referred me to a very friendly young man named, Dave Gidson. What I noticed right away is that I was treated as if I was buying a brand new $60K model, but was only there to buy a used truck. I felt no different and felt they took the time and effort to make me feel at home and comfortable with my purchase. Once I made a decision, Every single staff person in the chain of purchasing a vehicle was just as friendly and professional as Dave. So overall, I feel I received great customer service and will definitely go back to Halifax Chrysler for my next purchase, even if it is a two hour drive from my home.
