Outstanding Customer Service Chris Sooley is a great and caring sales rep! He is not pushy which is a welcoming change. Lack of sales support The contact with the sales team on line worked well. The sales person was helpful and covered all our needs finding the right van. The van was purchas The contact with the sales team on line worked well. The sales person was helpful and covered all our needs finding the right van. The van was purchased then thinks went wrong. The finance department took one hour to process the paper work as people kept coming in his office to ask questions while we sat wit him. When we came to pick up the van it was not ready. Tire under inflation light was on. Sales person tried to help however with no service support he could do little. Air condition system did not work. Part to cover shift leaver had been removed to put in another van. Once again a short visit took almost 2 hours. We set up a service appoint to get the problems fixed and waited for four hours before we had to leave to pick up kids at school. Had to come back again. We live 1:15 from dealership. Second service done well and on time. More
