It all started with a friend. I've had a Jeep Sahara Unlimited for over three years now that moved with me from Ottawa to Halifax. When I got here I was looking for a place to service my Jeep and Halifax Chrysler was referred to me by one of my colleagues. A good friend he is because I have enjoyed nothing but the best service from Halifax Chrysler's great service staff (Thanks Ramona!) I was in recently for service and was lamenting that my Jeep didn't have a box like my old Pick-Up. Ramona introduced me to Rick Keseluk and i was treated like gold. I was specific on what I wanted and Rick really worked to find me the right fit for my needs and budget. I really appreciated that he put my needs ahead of all else. Peter Smith had the paperwork arranged in a flash and I now have a 15' Ram 2500 that I hope to have for many years. With my big yard, my Wife's Honey-Do list and my trailer I will be putting this Big Boy to work! I'd like to thank Rick, Ramona and Peter for their hard work. We always had great service and no issues with the Dart at all.Last week I was involved in a pretty bad accident ,unfortunately the the car was a total write off.But I am writing this today as living testament to the quality and safety off Chrysler products.The air bags and all the other safety features of the Dart did exactly what they were designed to do. Fortunately there were no injuries to myself or the other people involved. The day after, I came to the dealership and explained our situation to Rick, thanks to Rick and Charmaine and Bill, within a week we are now the proud owners of a new Chrysler 200.
