Very Friendly & Helpful I had great experience with the Staff. I live at the other end of Nova Scotia (Cape Breton) I arrived there late afternoon. Purchase 2016 RAM 1500 January 20th I had an appointment with Rick Keseluk to talk about the chance to trade in maybe my 2012 RAM (I bought it also at the same place) and ge January 20th I had an appointment with Rick Keseluk to talk about the chance to trade in maybe my 2012 RAM (I bought it also at the same place) and get a new one. We had a really nice and very professional conversation and after I had all numbers I needed I went home and promised Rick to let him know my decision next day. Next morning I called Rick and I told him I would be on the way to him and interested to buy a new RAM and later on I was talking to Bill MacIntyre to finish the deal. Sad that I had no time that day to wait for the confirmation from the bank cause i had to go to work but 5 days later I called Bill to let him know when I would be there to sign all the paperwork. Friday the 29th I signed the paperwork everything except the transfer of the plate was ready when I arrived and rough 1.5 hrs later I left Chrysler with my new RAM, It was a pleasure to deal with Rick and also with Bill and there is a reason for that I bought my second RAM at this place it is the professionalism of their employees Thanks Rick More
