They are friendly, polite (not pushy) and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking to lease. They took the time to go over all the features of my new car and made trade in day as easy as pie. I basically turned in one set of keys and got the new keys to my new ride. I know I am going to thoroughly enjoy driving my brand new Mazda CX-5 for the next four years. I have had a Mazda since 2010 and the service has been very good especially in the last few years. In searching for a new vehicle both Rob and Paul gave excellent service and were able to get me the vehicle I wanted in a short amount of time even though my choice was not currently on the lot. I chose to get another Mazda because of the loyalty program and because I wanted to get a good trade-in. My Mazda 6 was very reliable and I expect the new CX 3 to be the same. Olivia was great in explaining all the new features. More
