When asked if they would fill the tank, the sales person scoffed and said that they sold 100 vehicles last week, how much money would they lose if they did that. Found the same car, 30 000kms less, filled tank and took the trade in, same price. Not in the middle of nowhere. More

The sales process was a great experience as there are no sales people around to pressure you while you have a look at different cars at their lot. You can test drive the cars without a sales person sitting next to you. The car had a few issues like dents, worn out tires etc. which the sales person took notes of to be taken care of. They didn't ask for a deposit. The car was ready on the day they told it would. All issues were taken care of and the tires replaced. The car looked brand new. Couple of months ago, the engine started leaking oil (common boxer motor issue). The extended warranty (Coast to Coast) I puchesed with the car covered 85% of the repair cost of almost 2 gran, except for fluids and new gaskets that were not covered. Overall, it's been a great experience for me and I recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking for a used car. More
