I am a recent widow and had never purchased a car alone in my life...a lot to learn the hard way. I live in the general area and like giving business to local companies so I contacted Gus Car Sales on Old Weston Road. Their website was easy to navigate, cars in different price ranges and models are easy to view without leaving the comfort of your home. I sent them a email and got a quick and helpful reply. I dealt with Mike Sheppard and he was wonderful to deal with from the first moment of contact. He even set up my Bluetooth without a second thought. He answered my questions and when he didn't know he didn't say until he was sure. Everything was in writing so there was no room for error. These guys can be trusted with a handshake, they stand behind their word and as I said they take the time to put it in writing and explain it step by step. I bought my car in December 2015 and it's now March 2016 and they still are continuing to be helpful. I feel it's not simply a business deal that you get with the staff at Gus Car Sales but you get a relationship with them for as long as you own your car and that's likely going to lead to the next car purchase with them too. They have been in business for over 40 years and they have done so because they offer great service, full disclosure and decent pricing. So my advice would be to stop in for a visit and enjoy a no-pressure positive experience like I have.
