Almost Perfect Derek is amazing. If you need immediate assistance or seeking a reliable Hyundai representative, ask for Derek. Just top notch. However, this Hyundai Derek is amazing. I would say complete opposite of Derek's customer service skills. I always try to stick with the dealership to complete my servicing as they know my vehicle the best, but my most recent and all 3 experiences has started to raise some questions on whether I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. Keep up the great work Derek, and servicing, try to pick up your slack. More

Winter Maintenance & tire change Went in for my normal winter maintenance and tire change and as usual had a great service. So i went in not knowing any of the service advisors but was not disappointed but wish John was still back in the Service department not in the parts department. More

Had the four wheel alignment and no report on the alignment. Servicing said the machine was not working properly, and they could not give me a print out. If the machine was no working properly how can I trust the alignment, not to mention this is not good service. More

There is a lack of communication between the departments! Had three issues & at the end of the day, only two were finally resolved. Won't go into details as it is too drawn out. It would really be nice to know that when a person makes an appointment they don't have to rearrange their schedule three or four times to get things done. Makes me question if it's a good idea to go there for maintenance. More
