The finance manager did an excellent job In presenting all the additional options that were available to me, however, as as I am approaching 80 years of age, I only want the vehicle which is already equipped with many bells and whistles The finance salesman was very good with his presentations and did what he could to secure additional sales. However, my funds would only run to a new vehicle with the things I’ve already asked for The salesman was very good, very accommodating and every question and so did additional support stuff later on when the salesman was no longer available All in all an excellent experience thank you More

Took 2 months to replace engine and turbo , was given erroneous information was charged for scrape on courtesy vehicle . Was told there was 3 engines installed actually only 2. Came in for a planed appointment for Crome trim replaced with BMS upgrade along with oil change. Did discuss with service advisor Avery. Shuttle took me home, got picked up, when arrived adviser said all wa with BMS upgrade along with oil change. Did discuss with service advisor Avery. Went back in and discussed with Avery and 1hr and 20 minutes later my vehicle had an oil change. Why was I not given a reduced discounted oil change, I needed to stay off work for an additional 1hr20 minutes. More
