If there was a defect in the wiper blade, we certainly would have covered that for you. As for the cleaning, it sounds as if you bought into our Smart Buy Advantage program, which is great. There are 2 coupons in the coupon booklet for a FREE silver detail package every 2 years. The cleaning can be completed anytime after the 2 year mark, just not before. If you haven't had it done yet, we would be happy to schedule the vehicle in and get this done for you. It is our job to make sure our customer's are completely satisfied and I am sorry if we failed you in this, but we are hear to listen and to help so I am glad you took the time to let us know your concerns. Travis is not only new to Service but to front line customer service as well. It was not his intention to insult or judge you in any way. Sometimes we can forget that what may seem harmless and funny to us will accidentally offend someone else. Our Fixed Operations Manager has spoke to Travis regarding this issue to ensure that he maintains a professional and courteous manner when dealing with our customers. I also apologize for the miscommunication regarding the oil change. A lot of times when customer's call in to "book a service" we assume it means their next oil change. We, of course will learn to be a little more clear with our customer's to prevent this kind of confusion from happening again. I can promise you that on your next visit in to us the service will be everything you expected and more. Communication is the road to success and without it we would not know how to learn to better ourselves for our customers. So again, thank you for taking the time to write to us.
