I came into the dealership to buy a new Santa Fe. Scott Shafer was my salesperson. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the attributes of the vehicle. Sales Mgr.) whose friendliness & assurances further stratified my decision. Scot then took me to service & introduced me to Dan Wightman (Service Mgr.) who explained his department & promised to look after me personally. All in all, a most enlightning buying experience. More
First time going for service with my new car. Was told on the phone it would take 30 mins., told when I got there it would take 45 mins., and it actually took 1 1/2 hours! Although we did not purchase our vehicle in Guelph (purchased in Kitchener), we found the service in Guelph to be exceptional. Every time I have dealt with this dealership it leaves me in a rage. Your prices are very poor value. I suspect the service manager works on commission, and seems to work hardest at running up the bill. I d in a rage. Your prices are very poor value. We are just a bank account for you to draw on as much as possible. Manager calls me first for a couple small add ons to my service ($30 for a $5 light bulb, $80 for a $20 filter!) knowing that he plans to call back a few minutes later to hit me up for the big bill $600 for rear brakes on a car that has 34k on it. I can't stand to walk into your building anymore, it just makes me feel sick! Hope you guys are proud. Last time I complained, VP said she would call me personally, then never bothered to contact me again...par for the course Talked to 2 other people that have bought Hyundai vehicles in the last few years, they don't have a much better opinion, guess while times are good for you, you don't care much about repeat business.
