The service team was thorough and efficient, completing the work on time and ensuring my car was running perfectly before I left. I would give a zero if allowed. I went to drive a pre owned VW Tiguan at the dealer I found on their site and on Autotrader. Made an appointment through a sales person and Penny their AI. After sitting with a different sale person I found out it sold 17 days prior! What a crap show. BTW it was still on the web 4 hours after I left the dealer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
Didn’t follow through on negotiation promises after signed agreements and put unwanted warranty fees on the final bill after they were denied and insured they wouldn’t be there. Some unwarranted fees were eventually removed after confronting the manager, sales and finance, however not all of them. There is a lack of organization and disconnect between the managers, sales department and financial management resulting in errors causing frustration and confusion to the customer. More
