Everything from the garage bay to the guest waiting room was very clean. I was also made to feel very welcome by all staff. Unfortunately, the guest WiFi was not working properly when I had some work to do. Ramsey and another staff person were very attentive and concerned about getting it up and running. However, it gave me an excuse to watch sports on the big screen. As well, had a nice coffee. The maintenance service took no more than 30 minutes, so that was great! Will go back again. More

sonata service took a 2012 sonata hybrid in for the fall special tune up , I forgot that they were offering a bletooth speaker I didn't get one and it wasn't mention took a 2012 sonata hybrid in for the fall special tune up , I forgot that they were offering a bletooth speaker I didn't get one and it wasn't mentioned I guess they didn't have any? the service on the vehicle was fine changed the oil and put winter wipers on for me one thing that has always bothered me about service at this dealership is they don't wash the vehicle after servicing it . Every other new car dealer I have ever dealt with has washed the exterior of the vehicle after servicing it More

Somewhat dissapointed Took my Tucson with 10,000 Km on the clock in for the fall special. A simple oil change on a 2.4 li 4 cylinder engine with regular oil, a tire rotat Took my Tucson with 10,000 Km on the clock in for the fall special. A simple oil change on a 2.4 li 4 cylinder engine with regular oil, a tire rotation and inspection cost $99 plus tax. The special offer included a wireless Bluetooth speaker which was not available so I was given a wind up lantern instead. Car was ready in under an hour, so no problem there. Upon returning home my husband checked the oil level and commented that the oil was discoloured, meaning they did not drain it fully and there was some old oil left in the oil pan. After only a few km, the oil should be clear. Even though the car was clean; for future reference; we asked if the package include a car wash and was informed that it is not included with a service. Other dealerships do provide this service. More

Always a Pleasure I went in for my annual inspection on the Diamond Coat warranty, as always the staff was very friendly and took their time with any questions.
