lies on delayed We had an appointment at 10:00o'clock this morning and at reception, Mrs Melanie Ruel said that she had to put 2 customers ahead of us. THAN TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 45 MINUTES MORE TO HAVE THE CAR LOOKED AT. Well in fact we waited 1 hour 35 minutes before the car was inspected. than mrs Ruel gave us a different reason for the delay which was that some technicians didn't show up today. Very bad service and we don't intend to have any repair done at Brossard Park avenue . We bought the car on april 28, 2014 and this is a very bad customer service. More

Purchased a 2011 Nissan in March 2013 with full assurance by the fast-talking salesman that the car had been fully looked over by Nissan Brossard and was in perfect shape. Furthermore, that a set of new wint by the fast-talking salesman that the car had been fully looked over by Nissan Brossard and was in perfect shape. Furthermore, that a set of new winter tires would be included in the purchase price we agreed upon. In the lot, the car was parked back up to a huge snow pile so it was only on reaching home, some 50 kms away, that I noticed the dent in the back. Many calls and emails ensued, mostly unanswered, and absolutely nothing was done to repair the damage. Drove up two days ago to Nissan Brossard to collect those new winter tires to be told that there is no record of such a condition of sale in their files. This has been, without a doubt, the worst car purchasing experience in over four decades of wheels (including Nissan ones) in Canada and Europe. Park Avenue Nissan, Brossard, Quebec: the car dealership to avoid until a measure of decent customer service practices are adopted. More
Nissan Park Avenue located in Brossard, QC Interested in purchasing their 2013 Nissan Juke and Murano, placed a down payment for of 200.00$ for both. As we picked up our new Nissan Juke for 38 039.57$, ou purchasing their 2013 Nissan Juke and Murano, placed a down payment for of 200.00$ for both. As we picked up our new Nissan Juke for 38 039.57$, our salesman Bernard Gouin rushed us in signing our contracts until we realized many things were missing in our new purchase e.i (Sherlock engraving were missing in several areas, winter mats as promised). Being hesitant in our second purchase of our new 2013 Murano for 51 466.26$, we realized there was no GPS navigation as stated by our salesman on various occasion. He hushed during the final stages of signing the contract that there was no navigation as stated previously. We asked to then speak to the manager where he used the words “assumed” “language barrier” and “miscommunication”. Knowing we were fully understood on what we were purchasing, we were left in awe. In conclusion of this event, we understand that Nissan’s vision of 200.00$ is more important than honesty and customer trust. We truly felt like victims of racism. *I would also like to retract the 10/10 services I have written to Bernard Gouin, and leave 3/10. Where the remaining points are for the product and not for the service received. *P.S We then went to the near by Acura dealer where we purchased a MDX fully equipped with GPS navigation for 58 180.80$ More

Véhicule accidenté non mentionné, pneus bossé, 2 par choc décroché d'on celui avant tient de peur, tie rod a changer ,frein et disque avant a changé car les rotor étais tellement finis qu'ils avais wavé, dangereux freinait a peine , joint universelle de la colonne a changé , en somme je suis pris avec une somme de 3000$ a mettre sur le véhicule. De grâce faite inspecté votre véhicule s'il provient de ce concessionnaire car ils vont étiré le temps a 1 mois pour ne plus avoir de recours avec garantie légal, je me suis fait tellement niaisé, j’ai demander L'historique du véhicule, l'inspection du concessionnaire et la réparation les papiers du replacement de la transmission a PLUSIEURS reprises a 2 mois ce sont écoulé, a ce jours je n'ai rien reçu. même avec une mise en demeure il ne répondent pas . Je continue les démarches judiciaire. il n'offrent pas de service avec les véhicule de usagées je ne peut qu'entrevoir les résultats avec un neuf. More
