Being unable to actively shop for a car due to an auto accident in which we wrote off our car, we contacted Steve at Grizzly Trail and explained what we required. Years ago I had a very bad experience with a car dealership...in particular a used car salesman. Over the last few years I was leasing vehicles from a different dealership. My husband and I wanted to stop that cycle and purchase a used vehicle that would enble us to save money. A bout a year prior my husband was in Barrhead and stopped in at Grizzly moters and was so impressed with the time that Colin took to talk to him about options and the Chevy products that Bernie i nsisted that we went there to purchase a used vehicle I thought...Barrhead...really???? We did purchase a used vehicle from there and not long after the purchase we discoverd there were problems with the car. We were past any warrantees and GTM did not have to help us at all, but they did. Over the next year they spent hourss trying to loate the problem, all without any cost to us. They gave us courtesy cars and also had the vehicle towed. Again at no cost to us. when it became apparant that the vehicle was not goint to work for us, about 1.5 years after purchase, they had the vehicle towed in, and gave us a very good deal on another vehicle.
