I had the worst service experience I’ve ever had in 20 years of driving at this place. Completely disrespected and taken advantage of by the service team here, and when I asked to speak to the service man years of driving at this place. While trying to diplomatically and calmly explain my problem, he repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me to make excuses and say his piece, never actually letting me plead my case. I’m embarrassed to admit that eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and allowed myself to be dragged down to his level, cutting him off and trying to talk over him, desperate to get a word in. I regret this because I endeavour to treat everyone with respect, regardless of who they are, but this man’s complete lack of respect for me, and condescending attitude were just too much to handle. When I tried to make a comment about my customer service experience he interrupted me again to inform me he had 40 years of experience, and he knows customer service better than I do. Honestly shameful that someone working in this business that long treats paying customers this way. When the dust had settled I actually apologized to him for losing my cool, and calmly asked if he could at least see where I was coming from, and he said “not at all, you make absolutely no sense.” All of this regarding a repair on an issue that has existed since I bought a $110,000 F150 from this very dealership, with all extended service and warranty coverage packages, and they wouldn’t help me at all. My advice is to avoid purchasing bonus coverage on your vehicles if you buy from this dealership, and to go anywhere else for service, because Roger doesn’t care about you, nor does he care about your vehicle, and he isn’t accountable to anyone but himself, as he confidently told me more than once More
I would not recommend buying from this dealer. I purchased a new F150 from there. It broke down within 3 weeks literally stranded on the side of the road . I was told I had to pay for my own towtruck to get it there and a rental can't be looked Into until a diagnosis is issued . but it was a next week . so your just on your own for something to drive and the towtruck fee . if you don't live close by just keep that in mind if your traveling to buy . truck had 2000km on it . undrivable More

My 2017 Titanium Escape was 2 months out of extended warranty (less than 65k kilometres) and began drinking coolant and shuddering when it started on cool mornings. Their Head gasket test (20 minutes only not the standard 5 hour pressure test) indicated nothing wrong.. Sold it back to Grimsby and we now see it on their Used Car list. God help the next owner. They paid us a fraction what it was worth. Sales manager never called us back after repeated calls to get a buyout price. More

It's so bad that it's down to the metal and starting to rust. It's only 5-6 years old!! Nothing but stonewalled from Grimsby Ford - they won't even talk to me or so much acknowledge it. Ford of Canada says take it up with your local dealership - and they won't even return my calls! Thankfully the company they contracted in 2019 to repaint has offered to help out and repaint the area they fixed - but I'm on the hook to repaint the rest for over $2000! Never ever buying a FORD again - and for sure not from GRIMSBY FORD again!! More
Very sketchy practices going on at this dealer. They will tell you that you cannot buy their vehicles cash. They will force you to take their financing or they will not sell you a vehicle. Their reasoning is that their vehicles are being bought for cash and then being sold over the boarder for more money so forcing their customers to take their financing will stop this from happening. I'm sorry but how is this practice my problem? Why am I being forced to pay more for my vehicle because of it? Very sketchy Grimsby Ford! Further more; I brought this practice to the attention of Ford Canada and they refused to get involved. It seams as though Ford is not concerned about their customers' satisfaction at all. More

Amazing! very personal. Very nice atmosphere,, Gail was extremely helpful when buying my vehicle and Kim is an amazing service representative, seems like she knows what she’s doing.
