So I made contact with dealer and salesman (Jean) I was told by the sales man (Jean) this was a clean Suv no accidents and in excellent shape and is a GM certified used car (150 point inspection and warranty) The car had not been cleaned,dents all over body and a dented rim. Grenier GMC or Gm refused to honor any of the commitment of a certified vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM GRENIER GMC! More

j'ai choisit de faire faire une réparation couvert par mes assurances suite a un accident. très mauvais service. a la livraison de ma voiture l'intérieur du coffre n'avait pas été remonter con couvert par mes assurances suite a un accident. très mauvais service. a la livraison de ma voiture l'intérieur du coffre n'avait pas été remonter convenablement. ma roue de secours n’était plus a son emplacement et le directeur de la carrosserie m'obstinais quil y avais jamais eut de pneus de secours dans ma voiture. une tache de peinture grise se retrouve sur la peinture de ma voiture, il manquais une pièce sur le parechoc qui ma été installer, un de mes pneus d'hiver a été perdus et retrouver quelques jours après et j'en passe... tres mauvaise communication on ne ma pas tenus informés de quoi que ce soit... a évité... More
