Above and beyond I can't say enough good things about greavette's. I've had several issues with my vehicle, and the service provided to me by the team there is unbelie I can't say enough good things about greavette's. I've had several issues with my vehicle, and the service provided to me by the team there is unbelievable. Each time I have called, the staff has been there for me and supported me through it all (including a phone call to a dealership in a different country when I was trapped there). I can't say enough good things about greavette's. In the ratings below, the question about who cared the most is unfair because each staff member I dealt with showed the utmost care (especially lindsey and chris) More

Very disappointing Phoned us to tell us the kind of car we were looking for was coming in, we arranged to come see it the next afternoon. Turns out someone else interest Phoned us to tell us the kind of car we were looking for was coming in, we arranged to come see it the next afternoon. Turns out someone else interested in it and he went to the dealership in the morning as soon as they opened, was allowed to take the car home for the full day and night until his wife could see it and they could decide whether they wanted it or not. We were totally blocked from seeing it, and we would have likely bought it on the spot. This customer bought it the next day so we never did get a chance to see it. Very disappointing, and have never seen a dealership do business like that before. More

Ordered a Colorado 6 weeks ago (said it would take 6 to 8 weeks) and was told yesterday the vehicle is not build and may not be available.
