Very disappointing Phoned us to tell us the kind of car we were looking for was coming in, we arranged to come see it the next afternoon. Turns out someone else interested in it and he went to the dealership in the morning as soon as they opened, was allowed to take the car home for the full day and night until his wife could see it and they could decide whether they wanted it or not. We were totally blocked from seeing it, and we would have likely bought it on the spot. This customer bought it the next day so we never did get a chance to see it. Very disappointing, and have never seen a dealership do business like that before. More
