The service department really dropped the ball this past weekend ! I booked my truck in for oil change & tire rotation . I was told they would need it for at least an hour . Then when I dropped it off they weekend ! I booked my truck in for oil change & tire rotation . I was told they would need it for at least an hour . Then when I dropped it off they told me two hours to get it done . When I called to book I was going to wait there for it for the hour . It took them nearly FIVE hours to get it done ! When I dropped it off I was told well you have to understand there were other people who were here at 7 am . What part of I booked a time slot is so hard to do to keep a customer satisfied ? Why overbook and make customers unhappy ? Then I pick the truck up & they didn’t even have the curtesy to clear the oil change message on the dash ! Not happy !! More
