The service kept me waiting another 20minutes to get my keys to leave whilst he checked in 3 other customers. I feel he could have quickly passed the keys & paperwork to the cashier in service, then did hi keys to leave whilst he checked in 3 other customers. I feel he could have quickly passed the keys & paperwork to the cashier in service, then did his detailed intake of new customers. Shouldn’t you finish with the First customer, getting him happily on their way before starting on a new client! More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! ! There tech crashed my brand new truck driving it around for 21kms which i have proof of, he was supposedly using to go to mcdonalds according to ot ! There tech crashed my brand new truck driving it around for 21kms which i have proof of, he was supposedly using to go to mcdonalds according to other techs, even says on the police report outside a mcdonalds. And he didnt even deny it ( i have it recorded). His name is Dean don't let him near your vehicle. Caused over 6k worth of damage on my work truck which I couldn't use for a month after. Lost out on lots of money cause of this place. Service manager and owner and the salesman are completely useless and did not care about the situation at all. They got there sale so why would they care about a customer. I tried to talk to the tech about it and he swore at me and told me off. Told the service manager and he didn't believe me and just ignored it. So now my brand new 109k truck has an accident on it cause of there incompetence. This placed cause me so much stress, pain and suffering that I had to see a doctor about it. So now me the customer is stuck with a piece of scrap metal that I had to bring back around 10 more times after the accident and it still has issues which I think is cause of the accident. Service manager is the rudest most inconsiderate person I ever met in my life. Does not care at all about doing the right thing for a customer. Before ya step foot in this place just know the customer is never right and they do not care once the sale is made. I can stress enough how much I regret walking into this place. Worst business I've ever dealt with in my life. More
