Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge - Service Center

Great sales team, very poor service department I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this woul I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this would be a dealership I would be dealing with for a very long time. I walked out with my Laramie 3500 megacab. Then it came to dealing with the service department. Normal day to day oil changes are quick and efficient, but that is all. I brought my truck in to get a tire leak fixed. 7 hours later I finally get out of the shop. By the way it is a 1hour job at any tire shop. I thought I Would give them one more shot. Just recently I booked my truck in to get fuel filters changed, some electrical issues looked at and the same tire leak again. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 am, and at check in I was asked " how quickly would I like it back?" Of course I said as soon as possible as I have a five hour drive home. I guess to them this means park it on the lot and not look at it. I popped by at 12:30 to get an update and my truck was not even touched. Had I known that my truck was not going to be looked at, I would have just rebooked my appointment and left for home that morning. Needless to say I took my keys back and went home. I will be rebooking an appointment, just not with a dealership shop. More

Parts department I have mostly dealt with the parts department in the past. Colin Fuhr and his colleagues are excellent and always provide quick efficient service for I have mostly dealt with the parts department in the past. This is how it works - I phone and make service appointment a week or two prior. - I drop the truck off at scheduled time. - They give me a timeframe on the simple work that needs to be done. - Timeframe gets quadrupled and they never call you to tell you its done. - There might be a few good people that work there but everyone seems to treat you like you are worthless and really don't give a xxxx. -Not to mention the prices here are an absolute joke, for example. I ask how much it would cost for a spare rim and tire for my ram. She told me it would cost $1000. -I was also quoted to replace a cummins engine with another used cummins engine $20,000 - A one hour tire rotation takes about 6 hours but don't worry we are not even gonna call you and tell you it's done we will wait for you to call us then forward you to a service advisor who won't asnwer. More

Poorest service Bought my car two years ago from them and few months later came in for service and asked why my steering wheel was shacking, they didn't do anything. Last year did a brake inspection and they still said nothing was wrong, just took to another dealer and they did another brake inspection because I was tired of the problem not being dealt with, they found the problem and more. So never doing anymore services with great west because they never listen to the customer. More

Bas Service Experience I had very bad experience with Great West Chrysler. My car had a minor exterior damage. Their service reps tricked me into a repair work for an estima I had very bad experience with Great West Chrysler. My car had a minor exterior damage. Their service reps tricked me into a repair work for an estimated cost of $150. After I handed over my car this was increased to $1,300 - what I promptly rejected. For the “diagnosis and administration” I still had to pay $90. Money wasted for nothing. This is a routine scam by their skilled staff. It’s a clear case of aggressive profiteering and unfair business practice. Do not take your car there or be prepared to get mugged!!! More
