The time ,care and the patience to explain the issues of my vehicle to me. Answer all my questions and concerns about my vehicle. They even found issues that my previous mechanic had missed or had not done. Felt very disappointed finding out my previous mechanic drop the ball, of not looking after my car properly. When I go back for my regular maintenance of my vehicle or any problems of my vehicle . I have no worries , when my vehicle in their service department, I trust in there customer service and there tech mechanic support staff. I know my vehicle is looked after thoroughly. Was I ever gouged! My 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel showed a CEL and ETC codes. I cleared the codes myself. It took 10 secs. Codes came back so I knew something was wrong but wasn’t sure what. I figured it could be related to the Cold Air Intake I recently installed. I wanted to take it to Derrick Dodge which I’ve always trusted but it was too far away for me to take a chance. Therefore, I took it to Great West. Later during the day, I received a call from Service. I was told I forgot to put a 3” hose clamp on my cold air intake. I thought oh well, put one on. I ended up paying $435! I asked for an oil change at the same time. They wanted $290! I had it done at Lube City for $114. I was recommended to do a Fuel Filter replacement. I agree it had to be done but they wanted almost $500! They claimed they also had to service the throttle body for carbon buildup ect, reason why it was so expensive. The truck only has 12k! I ended up buying a Fuel Filter from Parts Source for $33 and had it installed for $39.99 by Lube City. Gouging people like this is outrageous. Thankfully I have good mechanic knowledge I can avoid being ripped off. However, how about people who have no clue? This is shameful to run a business this way. I paid the hefty bill, I licked my wounds and I will never be back again. More

Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge went above and beyond with their community spirited sponsorship for an animal rescue charity (N.A.S.A.P.) last year. Mike Feth the Manager of Parts at Great West graciously provided a number of clothing items which proved to be very popular silent auction items. I was really impressed with Mike's pleasant manner and Great West's generosity to this worthy cause. I love my Town and Country van and I will remain a loyal Great West customer. More
Terrible, stay away from this dealership and service departm Since purchasing our Durango, we have had nothing but problems with it and we were convinced to purchase extra warranty and were promised a courtesy v Since purchasing our Durango, we have had nothing but problems with it and we were convinced to purchase extra warranty and were promised a courtesy vehicle while our vehicle was in for MULTIPLE recalls and other servicing. Getting a courtesy vehicle or loaner was a fight EVERY time. Service workers feed you condescending bs like how these vehicles are not made for Edmonton weather etc. Do not deal with these con artists!!! More

Great service every time. I have used this dealership 3 times in the last 4 years for warranty and non warranty problems with my 3500 ram diesel. The most recent time was March I have used this dealership 3 times in the last 4 years for warranty and non warranty problems with my 3500 ram diesel. The most recent time was March 30/16. Every time this service department has met and over delivered on my visits. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the techs seem top notch. I would recommend this service department to anyone in need of service for their vehicle. More
horrible service to say the least Worst service ever . My engine needed replacing on a 2015 jeep srt. They ordered the wrong parts the first time so I had to wait a extra 2 weeks with Worst service ever . My engine needed replacing on a 2015 jeep srt. They ordered the wrong parts the first time so I had to wait a extra 2 weeks with no loaner . Then I pick up the srt and it's smoking I take it back and they can not figure out for the life of them . So then they put engine dye to see if it's leaking and tell me to bring it back in a week . 2 days later I called these idiots back and told them the car is still smoking my mechanic looked at it and saw it right away so I had to point out the problem myself and I'm not even qualified to change a tire. So they fix it and tell me OK now you need a oil change because we need to get the engine dye out and you got to pay for the oil change . It's not the 100 dollars for the oil change its the principle . And they need to change it 2500 k early because they put the dye in because they are to in competent to figure out the problem. Les and the service manager lino are absolutely horrible and have no respect or value for their customers . I will never ever buy a dodge product ever again . More
Great sales team, very poor service department I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this would be a dealership I would be dealing with for a very long time. I walked out with my Laramie 3500 megacab. Then it came to dealing with the service department. Normal day to day oil changes are quick and efficient, but that is all. I brought my truck in to get a tire leak fixed. 7 hours later I finally get out of the shop. By the way it is a 1hour job at any tire shop. I thought I Would give them one more shot. Just recently I booked my truck in to get fuel filters changed, some electrical issues looked at and the same tire leak again. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 am, and at check in I was asked " how quickly would I like it back?" Of course I said as soon as possible as I have a five hour drive home. I guess to them this means park it on the lot and not look at it. I popped by at 12:30 to get an update and my truck was not even touched. Had I known that my truck was not going to be looked at, I would have just rebooked my appointment and left for home that morning. Needless to say I took my keys back and went home. I will be rebooking an appointment, just not with a dealership shop. More
