He was extremely professional and respectful from the first day. When we decided to move forward with a Jeep we had a very bad experience with a sales manager Jay and due to this we backed out. Jay was extremely disrespectful. We decided to never go back to this dealership ever again. But Richard knew exactly how to turn a round a bad experience to a top of the world experience. He didn't just stop there. He sent me a very professional apology note and gave me my space. Later he politely approached me and found my family the perfect vehicle. He knew exactly how to read my requirements and provided my family with a tailor made solution. Also he introduced us to the General Manager Zach (a true gentleman) and made sure this organization take care of me very well. From this point Zach and the rest of the team provided us an exceptional service. From sales Richard to Zach to finance manager Shawn and Paul who helped us with the delivery was fantastic. Within approximately 15 min of our arrival, Andy G. greeted us, understood our determination to upgrade to a specific van and brought a similar one up to the showroom. Andy pointed out this van’s similarities to our current 2013 model and reviewed revisions to this 2019. We were only somewhat disappointed the colour of model we chose was not on the lot but with Andy’s assurance that it would arrive within days, we went ahead with a deposit toward purchase. Andy listened attentively, explained terms and conditions extensively and made us feel valued as customers. He earned our trust and we walked away knowing our new van would be arriving shortly. Fast forward 4 days...we drove our new van home. Salvatore (and Paul) handled the financial aspects of our purchase with professionalism and clear communication about associated extras and costs. On pick-up day, Andy greeted us warmly, attached the new plate and congratulated us on our new van as he handed us two travel mugs; but we can hardly wait to see the grin on our youngest grandchild’s face when she sees her sparkling new red mini-Jeep! When i went through with the deal she had everything set up for my parents and i upon arrival and had no problem retelling my parents everything about the car. We live out of province and had no plans of looking so far out of our way but we reached out with some questions. We were very specific with what we were looking for and Paul took the actual time to pay attention and confirm our wishes and options. When it was obvious that the dealership did not have anything currently in inventory that matched our needs, Paul stayed in constant contact providing updates and sometimes alternatives and then began searching outside of his own stock. To our surprise, Paul not only managed to locate the exact truck we were looking for, he was able to further customize it as we liked, prior to delivery. On top of all of that, Tammy Gordashko in finance, was able to work with us and provide a fantastic finance rate, lower than we expected and stayed in contact with us all the while throughout the approval process, right until signing. As we were not local, both Paul and Tammy made it so easy and convenient either by phone or email for us. It was almost too easy and we were still skeptical. When delivery date came and we made the long trip, we were not disappointed. The truck was as described and was delivered exactly to our specifications. We were truly impressed and meeting both Paul and Tammy confirmed what we already knew - that they were both professionals, and now friends.
