Richard Piotto - Professional and pleasant experience We were recently in for a used SUV and we had very specific requirements regarding cargo space. We had been looking at a GMC Terrain, thinking it migh We were recently in for a used SUV and we had very specific requirements regarding cargo space. We had been looking at a GMC Terrain, thinking it might fit the bill. Our salesperson Richard Piotto brought the vehicle off the lot to the front entrance and, keeping mindful of our needs, he backed the vehicle up to the kerb and had opened up the rear liftgate - a nice touch. It became apparent that the Terrain wouldn't be suitable for us, so Richard then brought up a Toyota Rav4. This would do the job and Richard accompanied us on a test drive. We liked the Rav4, but wanted to get an independent inspection of the vehicle. Richard readily agreed and arranged the paperwork. As I was selling my previous vehicle privately, we needed to be picked up at the buyer's address. Again, no problem for Richard. We returned to the dealership and proceeded with buying the Toyota. Throughout the whole process, Richard was totally professional and competent - and injected his keen Australian humour into the bargain. We can fully recommend Richard to you if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. He's a real pleasure to work with. More

He sent us a text message so we had his contact and could confirm our appointment. We showed up right on time and he was waiting for us at the front desk. We saw all the awards and banners the dealership has received and were quite impressed. Lyle proceeded to get everything arranged for us to drive the vehicle and we looked it over and both my wife and I drove it. There was coffee and lunch offered to us as we waited for the paperwork to be processed which was very nice. He then began the process of coming to terms on all the items for purchasing the vehicle and he and Zach were very attentive to all the details that were important to us and we were able to make the deal work. We are so happy with our purchase from Great West! What an inviting and warm place, no pushy tactics we just felt taken care of! More

When I went to Great West, I figured this would be a similar experience and that I would be walking away without a car and feeling less than like the other three dealerships had made me feel. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISE! My experience at Great West was honestly amazing, I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought the car that day and it was the exact one I wanted. Vinny - the sales representative, Eric - the sales manager, as well as Paul and Tammy - the finance representatives were extremely helpful and kind! At the other three dealerships I had been to, I felt like such an inconvenience but these four at Great West made this whole experience so pleasant for me! They made the decision an easy no-brainer! Not to mention, the detailing work they did on the car was breathtaking! I bought a preowned Renegade and they made it look completely brand new, every inch of this car was spotless!
