The Way Sales Should Be I had been dealing with Ryan at Great West. I am considering purchasing a new truck and testing as many different brands as possible. Great West has a I had been dealing with Ryan at Great West. I am considering purchasing a new truck and testing as many different brands as possible. Great West has a Ram model I am interested in. After some chats with Ryan he allowed me to take it for the weekend for an extended trial. DEFINITELY required because I needed to make sure it fit in my garage, ensure it was easy to manage in parking lots, etc. When I returned the vehicle there was no pressure put on me whatsoever. Ryan gets it - people know their needs and are pretty sure what they want before they walk into the dealership. He is there to facilitate a transaction - period. I am now using this truck as the basis upon which others will be judged. If I choose the Ram I will definitely buy through Ryan. Great West does it right - if this is how their sales process works then I am sure the service will be just as good. Very refreshing experience and I would definitely recommend Ryan at Great West. More
