Had a really bad experience with this dealership ( Service department) horrible service. I came in at 145 pm on a Saturday for an oil change. And they opened up the bay door. I drove in and one of the service techs was upset because there was 5 cars in there already. I asked are you not open tell 215 pm he said yes but policy says we can’t take anymore?not sure what this kid / service tech was talking about. I was so pissed off I needed the service and he has now made me never use this dealership ever again. Why let a person in if your just going to tell them sorry we have 5 cars already. That’s complete bull crap. More
