Nickel and dime you to death - couldn't get warranty work a year ago because part disappeared from service department. AND We ask for clips (hold plastic guard between back tire and rear bumper )..he charges (wanted to, but I spoke to a sales manager with common sense) $3.93 for the parts!! Great West must be hurting for cash:) The tires: came with ram 1500 bald after 55,000 km. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the defect (I'm asking for consideration for replacement tires.........well, they lost a tire sale and a vehicle sale. After my conversation with Dave E., I went down the road to Kal Tire and bought 4 new NOKIA tires for $1600 installed and lifetime rotation and I'm shopping for a FORD now! Great job Dave. The Service guy is a piece of work too! Yup..I have an invoice for this class move. Service Advisor Robert Kanak is top notch rude! I talked to a few people waiting for oil change and they are ONLY THERE BECAUSE THE OIL CHANGE CAME WITH THE VEHICLE purchase....just saying. More
