Bought a 2015 ram sport I was in to get some recalls done on my 2014 truck and wasn't really looking for another vehicle purchase. They will rip you off We went to Great West Chrysler to buy a vehicle on Saturday September 5 , 2015 , We settled on a base model Cherokee Sport 4 cylinder . We gave a $500 We went to Great West Chrysler to buy a vehicle on Saturday September 5 , 2015 , We settled on a base model Cherokee Sport 4 cylinder . We gave a $500.00 down payment and filled out papers . On Sunday we decided we wanted to go with a V6 So we drove back to Great West to ask how much it would cost to upgrade to a V6 , We decided to go with the bigger motor and a fully loaded Cherokee Limited . On Tuesday we went to Great West to sign the paperwork for the fully loaded car , we had a few minutes so we went to look the car over to see what it was like , we wanted to sit in the car and take it for a test drive but they said they lost the keys , so all we could do was look through the windows , but the salesman Sean said he had an identical car in a different colour that he would use to demo the cars options for us . The car was perfect for us , so we signed papers , and bought our brand new car . The car that we picked up on September 10, 2015 is not the car we looked at on Tuesday before we signed the papers . Sean the salesman took us out to the car to walk us through the basics again for the car and thats when we noticed this car didn't have the upgraded 4x4 system . We tried to explain this but he insisted this was the exact same car . But it isn't . This is my first new car, I didn't ask for a copy of the build sheet for the first car, so l have no proof.. they did switch cars More

If Batman owned a Truck this would be it I just concluded my purchase of a 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie Blackout. My sales person was a lovely lady named Eden Donahue. Eden was very courteous and pr I just concluded my purchase of a 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie Blackout. My sales person was a lovely lady named Eden Donahue. Eden was very courteous and prompt. I told her what I wanted and she found it for me and arranged the test drive. The truck is a real eye popper and she went above and beyond to get the extras I requested installed as well as the protection package I selected in a timely manner. I would also like to mention Rob Blackmore in Customer finance for making the purchase agreement easy and seamless. Rob was very helpful with insurance, finance and warranty information and was always there with a smiling face and good answer when I asked all my questions. When my wife is ready to purchase a new SUV we will definitely take our business to Great West.Thanks to the Great West team for making my purchase a pleasureable and happy experience...Brian C.
