Fantastic Group of People I had been looking for a vehicle for a while and had visited a few dealerships. We knew what we wanted. As everyone knows this is not always fun. I found that many of these salesmen will say anything to make a sale and honesty is defiantly not a priority. I had called about a vehicle and spoke with Mike Buetter and found him to be very helpful. We live out of town and so he sent us pictures, spoke to us by phone and when we finally made it in , sat us down with Lyle Bessette. Lyle was true to his word. Everything he promised he delivered on too. (and more) We ended up buying the vehicle we inquired about and we felt that both of these guys went" out of their way" for us . At no time did we ever feel they were rushing us or pushing us. Lyle answered all our questions. But, after receiving an invitation to come in a see what kind of vehicle I could be driving for the same payments I was maki9ng, I reluctantly went in to talk to Sirajum Qazi. I explained the feelings I still had from the last purchase and Sirj assured me that he would go out of his way to ensure that everything would be up front and would only proceed if I felt comfortable with the process. His personality is great and was easy to talk to, and when ever I had a question he gave a simple understandably answer when he could, and the times that he didn't have an immediate answer he took the time to go and find one for me. We explained our situation with my dad's current vehicle for trade and the Internet Sales Manager, Shawn Shute, very quickly responded to our inquiry. A few days later we met, walked through the lot and found the vehicle that my Dad was looking for. GWC was quick to get the truck in their shop to get a whole list of accessories installed on the truck that we liked. Mike Huffman, Director of Finance, clearly laid out the financing options and thoroughly explained additional coverage options (such as the 3m paint protectant film, which I would recommend to anyone buying a new vehicle!). My dad has purchased over 80 new vehicles in his lifetime and says that this was definitely one of the best dealership experiences he has had.
