Used vehicle purchase I had been looking for a used vehicle for a few weeks and happened to be browsing the ads and saw a vehicle from Great West, so I emailed about it and I had been looking for a used vehicle for a few weeks and happened to be browsing the ads and saw a vehicle from Great West, so I emailed about it and long story short I ended up having Eden bring it back to the dealer so I could look at it later as I couldn't arrive right away to look at it. She was very pleasant to deal with, there was no pressure on me to purchase the vehicle and we were able to come to an agreement on a purchase. I much prefer the attitude that Eden has in selling vehicles because she is not trying to sell you the vehicle she wants to sell you, she wants to sell you the one that you, the buyer, needs. Even if Eden wasn't there to help me, she made sure that Andy and Shawn were there to help. If you need a vehicle, ask for Eden to help you and tell her I sent you! More

Shawn was so charismatic and really made me feel like he was there to help me get the best deal! Being from a smaller town 2.5 hours out of Edmonton, it's frustrating trying to locate the best deal or even the exact vehicle that you want. Shawn was quick to find me the exact Jeep I was looking for with a couple extra features in the price range requested! They were also quick installing the extra options that I requested. Within a couple days, I made the trip to the city where I met with Jim in finance to complete the paper work. Once completed, Shawn was there at the dealership, ON HIS DAY OFF =), to meet me and send me off in my new Jeep. Great West is an extremely trustworthy, no hassle, upfront kind of dealership and I'm confident that if it weren't for Shawn, I never would have been able to purchase the Jeep of my dreams!
