She was very pleasant to deal with, there was no pressure on me to purchase the vehicle and we were able to come to an agreement on a purchase. I much prefer the attitude that Eden has in selling vehicles because she is not trying to sell you the vehicle she wants to sell you, she wants to sell you the one that you, the buyer, needs. Even if Eden wasn't there to help me, she made sure that Andy and Shawn were there to help. If you need a vehicle, ask for Eden to help you and tell her I sent you! More

Shawn was so charismatic and really made me feel like he was there to help me get the best deal! Being from a smaller town 2.5 hours out of Edmonton, it's frustrating trying to locate the best deal or even the exact vehicle that you want. Shawn was quick to find me the exact Jeep I was looking for with a couple extra features in the price range requested! They were also quick installing the extra options that I requested. Within a couple days, I made the trip to the city where I met with Jim in finance to complete the paper work. Once completed, Shawn was there at the dealership, ON HIS DAY OFF =), to meet me and send me off in my new Jeep. Great West is an extremely trustworthy, no hassle, upfront kind of dealership and I'm confident that if it weren't for Shawn, I never would have been able to purchase the Jeep of my dreams! The Best Car Shopping Experience I had been looking to purchase a vehicle for a little while, and it just happened that the one that caught my eye was at GWC. I had purchased my previous vehicle from this dealership before and it was fantastic. After setting up an appointment with Shawn over the phone, who was on the ball and had answers to all of my questions, I went in to take a look at the car. Shawn is very personable and a great person who took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and was extremely flexible with the purchase. I did take some time to think about the vehicle, however from the moment I stepped into GWC I was treated with friendliness and respect; I knew I'd be purchasing my vehicle here. After a disappointing week of looking at other places, I decided to go back to Great West where I had bought my van 10 years ago. Not only did Andy listen to what I wanted...he actually scaled down my choices, based upon my budget and "must haves", and presented me with 2 choices. I drove, I bought! I felt very fairly treated in negotiating what I wanted and was very pleased with their honesty and even sense of humor over my beloved old van ! Start of finish- they were great !
