I have had numerous issues with this dealership regarding the quality of their products and work. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times due to faulty sensors on the brand new winter tires that I had purchased the quality of their products and work. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times due to faulty sensors on the brand new winter tires that I had purchased from them. Each time, it occurred on different tires. The issue still has not been resolved on one of the tires but I got tired of wasting my time. Another time I brought my vehicle in due to squeaky brakes, I had my brakes serviced but after 6 months, my brakes were squeaking again. I started losing trust in their workmanship, however, the sales representative persuaded me to give them one more chance The rotor on my brakes were inspected and I was advised to sand them down due to rust when originally I was planning to replace them. I trusted their recommendations and proceeded with their suggestions. I was still having issues with my brakes after the service and had to bring my vehicle in again to have the rotor replaced. 5 months later, I had a flat tire and was unable to remove my tire due to the lug nuts being overtorqued and stripped. AMA was unable to remove them and I had my vehicle towed to the dealership to have this issue addressed. I have to give credit to the service representative though as he was honest and kept me updated with the issues. More
