The salesman and two managers put a lot of effort into finding the vehicle we wanted and when it became apparent that it wouldn't be possible (by no fault of their own), they continued trying to find another one. In the end, they helped us find a solution that worked for us - they put in a lot of work to make us happy. They also dealt directly with our insurance company and registration and lined everything up for us so that there was very little for us to do after the fact. More
