Excellent experience at Great West!! I had gone down to Great West with my Brother to check out some Used and New Vehicles at Great West and he introduced me to Greg Marcil, who my Brothe I had gone down to Great West with my Brother to check out some Used and New Vehicles at Great West and he introduced me to Greg Marcil, who my Brother had previous Dealings with, I wasn't too familiar to the whole Sales aspect of buying a new vehicle but I'll tell ya I had an excellent time down there, Greg Marcil was a no BS Salesman, Friendly and accommodating, I pretty much planted down a list of what I needed and Greg Marcil made it happen, I am now driving around in a Brand New 2016 RAM that I can use for work and at a payment I could comfortably afford, he did all the legwork with Finance and made it happen, we took the Truck I wanted out for a test drive and Greg took the time to explain a lot to me about that Truck, I was even offered coffee/food during the whole process. Aside from Dealing with Greg Marcil, I also had dealings with Jim White in Finance and he Answered a ton of questions from me and helped me understand more about the fine print on the Financial side, he definitely took the time to thoroughly explain things until I understood. I wasn't even sure if the truck would fit in my parking Garage and Greg Marcil got on the phone with me the next day and drove the Truck to my place so I could visually see if it would fit without hitting anything. I wanted modifications/add-ons to the truck and it was a long weekend, so I waited maybe a day for my truck to be completed and Greg was texting me photos of it when it was detailed and ready for pick up. I can't say a bad thing about this Dealership and it's Sales/Finance/Parts Team. Clean Business, Friendly Staff, Had an excellent experience, I am a very pleased customer, even my Brother Traded in his 2013 RAM Sport for a New 2016 RAM Sport all at the same time as I was purchasing mine, I definitely recommend dealing with Greg Marcil if you're looking for a new Ride. I Will definitely do Business again! More

Every time we called him on it - he could never answer. Mike J is a great salesman and I would highly recommend him but Mike in Finance smelled of booze our entire visit (twice) and our paperwork was missing detailed information needed to get our plates transferred. We checked the website after to see what they listed our traded vehicles for and they had mine listed as ONE OWNER, what a joke. I was in the market to help my brother buy a new truck, wasn't even thinking about getting a new one myself as I was driving a 2013 sport 1500 and still had low Kms. Greg contacted me, advised me on current low interest rates and said he could help me get a better rate and a newer truck for roughly the same payment. I told him I had been planning on bringing my brother by anyways so we could sit down and talk numbers then. The next day my Bro and I came by and met Greg. He was very professional, easygoing and not pushy at all, which is always appreciated. Answered all our questions, took us out for test drives and put together deals for both my brother and I on new trucks that we absolutely love, with all the features we wanted. He even got me a loyalty credit (as this is my third consecutive vehicle from them) and a refferal bonus for bringing my brother into the fold.
