Best Dealership Experience I've had. Highly recommend! I was interested in a 2014 Explorer that they had on the lot. Since I am somewhat adverse to dealing with most typical Car Sales People. I inquired at I was interested in a 2014 Explorer that they had on the lot. Since I am somewhat adverse to dealing with most typical Car Sales People. I inquired at the Part Dept as to who they would recommend I deal with. I was introduced to Eden. She was great, very friendly, no pressure, good sense of humor. She was a pleasure to deal with through the entire deal. I was able to deal with Chris the Manager as well during some of the negotiation. I walked away very happy with the price on the car. I also dealt with Sal in Finance (he's not listed on the employee list, hopefully he gets credit for this sale as well). Also dealt with Jim in finance. Everyone was great. A very pleasant experience! Lyle was great. He did not pressure us at any time, however he offered assistance if we needed it. Often being a young woman you are treated different Lyle was great. Often being a young woman you are treated differently when it comes to vehicles and I had just left from a different dealership where they disrespected us greatly. Even with my husband there Lyle spoke equally to me and with the same respect. The next day when I was without my husband picking up my new vehicle, Lyle went over and above to make sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable leaving the dealership. He even took my license plate off my old van and installed it on my new one for me! I will recommend this dealership again and tell everyone to see Lyle. More

She had this sheet emailed to us within minutes. We then phoned in and went into the dealership. The truck was in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. When we went inside we met with Andy, he showed us the truck and was ready with all our questions, and at our request showed us other trucks that met our criteria. He didn't try to sell us something we weren't looking for. Even after we picked up the truck we had a question and Andy was more than happy to help us. Registration of the truck was done by Phil in finance. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More
