Always awesome!! I was recommended to Great West by a co-worker 2.5 years ago when I was looking for a new vehicle. I went and received awesome customer service by the I was recommended to Great West by a co-worker 2.5 years ago when I was looking for a new vehicle. I went and received awesome customer service by the wonderful Eden Donahue. She was helpful and was even able to show me a vehicle from another manufacturer, which I didn't end up liking. She suggested a Jeep Cherokee as she thought it would match with what I wanted, it did and was great from the time I picked it up. Since that time I have gone back to school and was looking to trade in my vehicle, I got a call from another dealership and had talked to them. After talking to them I thought back to how helpful Eden had been and decided to contact her to see if maybe she could help me out. She did an amazing job helping me. She was able to find the trade in vehicle I wanted (another Jeep Cherokee) and make the whole experience great. Eden also has great manager that do whatever they can to help you where they can. All in all I would recommend Great West Chrysler and the staff there (especially Eden) to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are friendly, helpful and provide awesome customer service.
