In all of our dealings with Whitroy, he treated us with respect. What pleased me the most with Whitroy's service was that he went the extra mile after we had already bought the vehicle. On the day I picked up my car, Whitroy picked me up from home and drove me to the dealership. He helped me clean out my old car and the next day retrieved some important forgotten items from the old car. More

Finally Got It I had been looking for a new truck for the last three year and my old truck was starting to fail. I couldn't afford a new truck at the time, but was d I had been looking for a new truck for the last three year and my old truck was starting to fail. I couldn't afford a new truck at the time, but was doing my research on what I wanted in a new truck. Well it got to the point where my mechanic said I'm oil change to oil change. I looked all around the city called every dealership, gave them all the same spec of the truck I wanted. So I waited to see which dealership was going to give me the best deal. Not only a good price, but was looking for what one dealership would do over another. No other dealership was interested getting me the exact truck I was looking for and were always trying to push something on the lot which I didn't really want. In the end Great West was able to factory order the exact truck I was looking for and at the price that fit my budget. It did however take 9 months longer than expected (manufacturing issues leading to a change in model year and price), but they come thru in the end. I'm very happy with the service I received in the end. More
