Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in coz I heard a tapping sound louder than usual on initial cold start up. They said it was the lifters on the left bank. They had my Jeep two weeks no call back no updates. sound louder than usual on initial cold start up. They said it was the lifters on the left bank. I had to call them to get info which my service advisor Brian had answers but never called me back to tell me xxx they’re doing or a time frame unless I called them. No courtesy car offered no rental car offered. Got it back and still made the same sound plus a new one from the belt. Brought it to another garage for the squealing sound and it was the belt and they said it wasn’t aligned properly. All the work they did was warranty so I didn’t pay but they didn’t solve any issue that I was concerned with. Service advisor was polite but full of xxxx. Never going back More

too much wait on express lane just for an oil change . take 30 min outside before opening the door and 3hrs inside waiting to get an oilchange . .Staff are Slacker . I was waiting the door to open on the left lane when David Lysne Told me to wait 15 to 20 min and move to middle lane. while waiting for about 20 min new vehicle pull up to the left lane and david lysne let the new vehicle get inside right away.and then told me to transfer again to the left lane to go behind the vehicle that just came seconds ago. I was very dissapointed how Mr david lysne handle customer service .He should give a customer a fair treatment no matter what the itnicity is. I hope Great west chrysler stony plain management look into this .I bought my vehicle in this Location and yet I experienced such a very bad service. More
