Just purchase a brand new Rav4 hybrid at that dealership. They are in excellent service. They don't have any mark up the price. Also, no dealership fee. I highly recommend this dealership. Had a deal on a brand new 2023 highlander. ..the sales rep shook my hand said congratulations after back and forth talks with the sales manager. As we were prepping to do the paperwork a couple ..the sales rep shook my hand said congratulations after back and forth talks with the sales manager. As we were prepping to do the paperwork a couple of mins later I'm told "sorry the manager said no". I was shocked. They obviously sold the vehicle to someone else for more $$. This was after their own sales rep Dia called me into their office earlier that morning to let me know he had a vehicle for me. Wasted over 3 hours of my time. All I got was a "sorry" I will make it up to you. This was after I already purchased a vehicle less than 1 month earlier and sent him two referrals. I guess when the market is hot and demand is high...customer service and any sort of appreciation goes out the window. More

When we returned for the second look and was serious to give an offer. We were then told there is only a $300 to $500 maximum maintenance-and-repair credit that may be possible. We respect any company having its policy. Yet, should it not be better to be more transparent with which to begin? Both parties could have saved a few precious hours in our lives. Our experience with this dealer was less than satisfactory to say the least. More
Well my experience with GT Toyota goes back from 2008, I purchased a brand New 2009 Tacoma, they didn't have the truck in inventory and I requested a Blue one, at the time their were no Blue 2009 Tacoma's a purchased a brand New 2009 Tacoma, they didn't have the truck in inventory and I requested a Blue one, at the time their were no Blue 2009 Tacoma's available in the Lower Mainland, so they tried to convince me on getting a Black one, I said no, then they said they would have to order it from factory, and because of that I would have to pay MSRP. but they would throw in extra goodies like 6 FREE Oil Changes and Windows Visors for the side windows and a Bed Mat. Well after a few weeks I paid my deposit already, (Foolish Me) They told me the factory rejected their order for Blue Tacoma, and I would have to wait until spring for a blue Tacoma at the earliest. Anyhow I bowed down to get a Black one and they told me it would be coming from a dealer on Vancouver island and be at the dealer by the end of the week. When I came to pick it up, there were no visors and no bed mat, Eddie told me some xx story on how they weren't allowed to install window visors on Tacoma's and the bed mat is on order. Ok I told him to order the visors and I will install them myself. Ok he agreed. after all was said and done weeks go by no Mat, No Visor, No Oil Change Coupons. I got the one standard Free oil change from Toyota. And Well the Truck came from Sunrise Toyota in Abbotsford, BC (Not Vancouver Island) and after giving them a bad review when Toyota called me, the GM of the dealership called asked why I gave them bad scores. I told him after that I got my Truck mat 24 hours delivered to my door, Still no Visors and they denied the 6 Free Oil changes. So basically they're a bunch of liars. oh And I didn't have to pay MSRP, for a special order they were just greedy xxxxxxxx. The Business office was a joke I won't even go there. Stay away from Tim Brown's (Brown Bros Ford owned) Granville Toyota. More
I would not recommend this dealership at all. The salesperson I dealt with was wonderful and I would give him five stars, but he was let down by his colleagues and bosses. The Financial Services salesperson I dealt with was wonderful and I would give him five stars, but he was let down by his colleagues and bosses. The Financial Services Manager had very poor business etiquette and had no respect for customers’ time. I made an appointment and showed up at the agreed-upon time (I actually already gave her some leeway, as she told me her prior appointment was late), only to find that someone else had cut in front of me. The only thing the Financial Services Manager said to me when I arrived was “I’m with another customer right now”. I made an appointment, yet I was ignored and left waiting for an hour. I complained to the General Sales Manager, but he was very defensive. Although he apologized, he was making excuse after excuse. I could not sense any sincerity in his apologies. Why am I paying so much money to be neglected and brushed aside? So I decided to walk away. I will not get into details, but both the Financial Services Manager and the General Sales Manager displayed very poor attitude. They talked back, sometimes even very rudely, to my comments. I sensed that they simply didn’t think they did anything wrong, or they just didn’t care (“if you want my car, you just wait there until I have time for you”). I tried to communicate this issue to the general manager of the dealership, and was treated very poorly as well. He immediately took the side of his staff and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. The general manager was sending me the message that he had more important things to do than listening to customer feedback to make his dealership a better one to increase sales and retain more customers. I would strongly suggest anyone wanting to lease or finance a car to stay far away from Granville Toyota, unless you want to pay big money to be treated like a “nobody”. Save your time and go elsewhere. More
