VERY POOR SERVICE Brand new Tahoe had to be toed back to dealer twice as it had power but would not attempt to turn over. Both times the dealer let it sit and by the time they got to it the codes were gone and they couldn't make it duplicate the issue. Second time it was toed to dougmarshal they scanned it for codes, captured the codes and said great, now we can fix it. Instead of getting all the info off the codes they needed they just parked it and let it sit for two days again. By the time they went to work on it, codes were gone and they now claim they can't fix what they don't know is broken. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.. front desk girls are nice, but blown away by the unprofessional "certified" mechanics that knew this code was hard to find and decided to let it sit again anyways. Terrible More

Service I had my 2012 Cadillac Escalade serviced at Doug Marshall in Grande Prairie and they neglected to Check the level of power steering and was very low I had my 2012 Cadillac Escalade serviced at Doug Marshall in Grande Prairie and they neglected to Check the level of power steering and was very low! Took it in and BILL service manager checked Level and said they definitely missed it when service was done !! Bill said bring it back and they will Check to see why level was low! I did just that and 3 hr later they said they needed to order parts And cost would be$12,000 for parts $400 for labour..... We feel it is there responsible to fix it as they missed not only once but probably twice of checking when was in for service!! Now I have oil coming out on my driveway!!! So Now I will be driving to Edmonton to have it repaired! And he quoted a price that Is $1,000 More than Edmonton! What do I think of Doug Marshall??????? And Bill???? Take a guess. More

Very satisfied customer I just bought a new 2016 Silverado. What a fantastic truck. Coming in to Doug Marshall dealership was a super experience for us. Cody was low press I just bought a new 2016 Silverado. What a fantastic truck. Coming in to Doug Marshall dealership was a super experience for us. Selling new trucks with BENT FRAMES Doug Marshall Motor City sold us a brand new 2015 Chev Silverado 4 x 4 with a bent frame. This defect wasn't noticed at the dealership as they had the Doug Marshall Motor City sold us a brand new 2015 Chev Silverado 4 x 4 with a bent frame. This defect wasn't noticed at the dealership as they had the pickup parked with the box against the dealership building and we never test drove it it's new, why does it need a test drive? Funny thing is there was already 51 kms on the sales contract - so what happened to it before we bought it?. We notified the dealership when we got home (we are 1 hour away) and could see the box looked crooked. We thought it 'looked' crooked as we are on a farm and don't have a paved driveway so thought it was the way it sat. But the times we had it in town on pavement we could see the box or frame was crooked. We called and told them, was told at your oil change we'll look at it. 3 times it was taken in each & work order said' check box crooked', but each time it never was checked. They kept saying we hit the ditch. We said: Impossible, we didn't, the plastic would be all broken, running boards ruined etc. Plus AMA our insurance company said no claims on it. Finally They put it on the frame machine, surprise surprise! The frame is bent, but this truck never hit the ditch or even drove through a ditch. Customer is always right? Not in Doug Marshall's opinion. Why'd it take so long for them to put it on the frame machine? And no explanation for the 51 kms on the truck prior to purchase. Liars! Rude and no cooperation getting information on date of delivery, inspection, road test, PDI etc. I thought they sad no one test drove it? 51 kms is a long way to go. Rolly Marie rude on phone, wouldn't send anything, said we damaged truck and work orders prove it, no they don't-we have THE SAME WORK ORDERS, NO DAMAGE!!! So it either arrived at the dealership like that (why was it backed up to building?), damaged in transit. Other autobody shops say it can happen in transit. Now we're in arbitration with camvap.ca. They are messing with the wrong people, if they know what I have on them!! Documented calls, all work orders, proof of phone calls etc. NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! More

First problem I had they immediately blamed the maker of the suspension lift and there was nothing that they could do to resolve the problem. Having friends with the same truck and lift I knew that there was something that could be done it was just that the dealer wasn't willing to put the time to fix it. They told me they checked over the lift, inspected driveline fluids ( which they didn't cause there was no sign of fluid coming out of the inspection drain plug) and there was nothing more that could be done. I then took it to an independent shop and after spending a grand total of three hours and $50 in parts the truck was good as new. Just shows that the dealer will do anything in their power to avoid any kind of warranty work and blame everything but their product or themselves. Signed, pissed off More
