Well she probably did nothing mechanically, but she kept in constant contact with me and made sure the mechanics were working on my car. Then came the day the car was ready. I asked her as a joke if she could make the sky open up so that it could be sunny and not grey and miserable for the drive. She said she would do her best, and soon thereafter, the skies opened up, the sun was shining and birds were chirping. This could be just a coincidence, but I prefer to think that she has this power. After the sale was over, I thought that I might have left my sunglasses in my traded in vehicle and I contacted Kaitlyn and she took a look for me before my old car was sold for scrap to make bean cans. Kaitlyn was great to talk to, very funny and engaging, and kept me in the loop throughout the process, a great experience all around! If you don't buy a car from Kaitlyn you are missing out! More

Prepared, Friendly and Reasonable I called Grande Prairie Subaru on a whim (I live in Edmonton - nearly a 5 hour drive away). They had the vehicle I wanted and Tracey gave me enough co I called Grande Prairie Subaru on a whim (I live in Edmonton - nearly a 5 hour drive away). They had the vehicle I wanted and Tracey gave me enough confidence about the price of my trade-in and their new vehicle pricing that I took the drive to check it out. Tracey and the car were both waiting for me - the trade in value was fair (I shopped first in Edmonton and their offers were embarrassing by comparison). What struck me the most is that the negotiation was friendly and easy - a far cry from my experience in Edmonton! The drive saved me thousands of dollars over what was on the table at the Edmonton dealership - frankly if it hadn't been for Grande Prairie Subaru (Tracey and the Sales Manager) I would have given up on the idea of the preferred Subaru and gone with another brand. I am only sorry I won't be able to have my vehicle serviced in Grande Prairie as well! More

He looked up around 6-7 different options in my price range from 3 GP Auto Group dealerships and we were off. I test drove trucks at 3 different dealerships until I found the best fit for me. As we've been camping and hiking more I looked for a crossover which I'd been using a 4 cylinder corolla for a few years, which I thoroughly enjoyed. As we've been camping and hiking more I looked for a crossover which remained a 4 cylinder but offered a bit more clearance, power, etc. Our experience at the GP dealership was fantastic, did not feel put upon or pressured to purchase something. The whole deal was more of a conversation for about 2 hrs where I found the staff quite open and efficient. I'm quite please with how well we were taken care of by Andy and his group. More
