Pleasurable Experience I am extremely pleased with my recent car buying experience. I met two outstanding people at the Suibaru dealership, Tracey Brown, an awesome, friend I am extremely pleased with my recent car buying experience. I met two outstanding people at the Suibaru dealership, Tracey Brown, an awesome, friendly ,patient and knowledgeable sales associate and Jay Leybourne , the service manager, who was very pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me the feeling that he would be honest and trustworthy in his dealings with customers. I was looking for a small SUV or crossover but had no particular brand or model in mind. I had read great things about Subaru so started my quest there. Tracey showed me a couple of different models and we test drove them a couple of times. I also wanted to try out Nissan and Hyundai and was thrilled that Tracey was able to show me these as well. I didn't have to deal with 2 or 3 different sales associates. Bonus! Tracey was comfortable and I wanted to deal with her. Thank you Tracey for your patience. Keep doing a great job. More

I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and I am always addressed respectfully regardless of my Grande Prairie Subaru has excellent customer service. For my most recent visit, while getting my brake pads replaced they threw in new rotors as well because they care about giving proper service.
