We sat down and went through every detail as to what I wanted and how it would fit into my budget. Andy is very sociable and easy to talk with! He made my vehicle purchase enjoyable. He helped me set my phone to the Bluetooth and went through all of the controls before I drove off the lot. I couldn't have had a better sales rep! Ted was very helpful with the financing, he helped me find the best route to take. We could have sat and talked with him all day! He is a wonderful person to deal with. The information I have learnt from both Andy and Ted was outstanding. I will definitely be going back to grande prairie Subaru if or when I purchase another vehicle! More

Pleasurable Experience I am extremely pleased with my recent car buying experience. I met two outstanding people at the Suibaru dealership, Tracey Brown, an awesome, friendly ,patient and knowledgeable sales associate and Jay Leybourne , the service manager, who was very pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me the feeling that he would be honest and trustworthy in his dealings with customers. I was looking for a small SUV or crossover but had no particular brand or model in mind. I had read great things about Subaru so started my quest there. Tracey showed me a couple of different models and we test drove them a couple of times. I also wanted to try out Nissan and Hyundai and was thrilled that Tracey was able to show me these as well. I didn't have to deal with 2 or 3 different sales associates. Bonus! Tracey was comfortable and I wanted to deal with her. Thank you Tracey for your patience. Keep doing a great job. More
